<p>私がよく行くたこ焼き屋の一つ<strong>「会津屋（あいづや） 」</strong>は、昭和10年(1935年)に大阪の玉出で創業した、たこ焼き発祥のお店です。</p>

<p>ミシュランのビブグルマンに掲載されたり、2019年のG20サミットで大阪の食文化を伝えるお店として出店もされた、大阪のたこ焼きの名店の一つでもあります(*&#8217;ω&#8217; *)</p>

<p>そんな会津屋のの最大の特徴は「ソースを付けずに食べるたこ焼き」だということ(ﾟДﾟ)！</p>



<p>「ソース文化の大阪でソースつけないってどうゆこと？」と思われた方もいるかもしれないし、いないかもしれませんが、会津屋は「たこ焼き発祥のお店」というだけあって、ソースがない時代からたこ焼きを作ってるので、出汁をしっかりきかせた”素のたこ焼き”が提供されます。 ※詳しいお話はぜひ<a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.aiduya.com/original.html" target="_blank">会津屋のHP</a>を見てみて下さい&nbsp;(&#8216;v`)</p>



<p>カリッ！トロッ！系ではなく、ホワッ！モチッ！系ののたこ焼きで、小ぶりだけど、味がしっかり付いてるのでビールに良く合います。</p>

<p>メニューも色々あって、たこ焼きの前身といわれる「ラヂオ焼き」や「明石焼き」なんかもあります。</p>

<p>ちなみに会津屋には私が大好きな、大阪の美味しい地ビール「<a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.minoh-beer.jp/" target="_blank">箕面ビール</a>」があるのもポイントでして、箕面ビールを美味しく飲むために会津屋に行くこともありますｗ。</p>

<p>私は決まって、ほのかにパイナップルやバナナのような香りがするヴァイツェンを注文。</p>

<p>この時は箕面ビール（650円）に「元祖たこ焼き」「ねぎ入りたこ焼き」「元祖ラヂオ焼き」の3種が食べられる三種盛（650円）にしました。</p>



<p>ソース無しでも十分に美味しいんですが、酢醤油と昔ながらのウスターソースもお店の人に言えばもらえます。（でも、何もつけないほうが美味しいかも。）</p>

<p>これはたこ焼きの「元祖ラヂオ焼き」。</p>



<p>中を割ってみると、たこではなく、すじコンニャクが入ってて、たこ焼きとはまた違った風味がして美味しいんですよね〜。</p>

<p>店舗は大阪に8店舗、東京に1店舗（2022年現在）あるのですが、私がよく行くのは地下鉄なんば駅から徒歩約1分くらいの場所にあるナンバ店です。</p>



<p>駅からも近いし、マルイや高島屋の近くでもあるので行きやすいので、難波に行った際にはぜひ、ソース無しのたこ焼きと箕面ビールを飲んでみてください&nbsp;(*^^*)！</p>

<p>池波正太郎氏のエッセイ「散歩のとき何か食べたくなって」に登場した<strong>「大黒」のかやくご飯</strong>。私も文豪が食べたものと同じものを食べたくなり、行ってきました。</p>



<p>「大黒」は明治35年（1902年）創業の100年以上続いてる老舗で、地下鉄なんば駅25番出口から徒歩１分ほどの場所にあるのですが、道頓堀のグリコサインがあるエリアからカナリ近いところにあるはずなのに、あの賑やかな繁華街の近くにあるとは思えないほど、静かで威風堂々とした佇まいにちょっとびっくりしました。</p>



<p>「たぶん、池波正太郎が通ってたときから変わってないんだろうな。」と思うような、風情のある外観も素敵にエモいです。</p>

<p>ガラガラっと引き戸を開けると、時空が変わったような感覚になるノスタルジックな店内。平日の午後13:30くらいでほぼ満席でした。</p>

<p>調理場の音と空調の機械音としか聞こえない静かな店内で、料理が出てくるのを待ちます。注文してから料理を作られるので少し時間がかかりました。</p>

<p>今回の主役、<strong>かやくご飯</strong>に<strong>粕汁</strong>、そして<strong>さわら焼き物</strong>です。漬物もついてきました。</p>

<p>文豪も食べた、念願のかやくご飯。</p>



<p>食べると、味は濃くないのに、出汁の味がしっかり効いてて噛めば噛むほど旨味が染み出てくる、「これぞ、うまいご飯！！」でした。</p>



<p>実はこのとき、鼻が詰まって嗅覚がほとんど機能してなく、香りをあまり感じることができなかったんですが（涙）、それでも感じられるこの旨味はすごかったです。</p>



<p>入ってる具材はこんにゃく、牛蒡、お揚げで細かく刻んであります。熱々のうちに食べましたが、きっと、冷めてもすごく美味しいんだと思います。</p>

<p>関西人に馴染みのある白味噌のような甘みを感じる粕汁！</p>



<p>具材は人参、大根、人参、お揚げ、魚のアラ（ブリのアラ）。酒粕がふんだんに使われてるだけあって、すこしお酒のような香りもして、五臓六腑に染み渡って全細胞が「ハレルヤ」を歌いだしそうな汁物でした。</p>

<p>魚そのものの美味しさが引き出されたシンプルな焼き物で、醤油を少し垂らして頂きました。かやくご飯と粕汁に焼き物が１品あるだけで、立派な立派なお食事です。</p>

<p>いやはや、フランス料理とか懐石料理とか華やかな食事をしたわけではないのに、なんでしょう、この満たされた感じ。</p>



<p>念願のかやくご飯は、「そりゃ文豪もハマるわな！」と思う、出汁文化 大阪の味を体現したような旨味溢れる逸品だったし、粕汁も魚の焼き物も美味しかった。</p>



<p>こういう、いわゆる&#8221;庶民&#8221;や”家庭&#8221;の味が、胃の底から「旨い！」と感じるのが大阪の味なんやろな〜と思いました。</p>



<p>調べてみると、ミシュランのビブグルマンにも掲載されてました。もう、納得しかないですｗ。</p>

<p>そして、なにより、昔の味を現代でも堪能できるのはありがたいことだし、明治時代から続く大阪の伝統の味が、令和時代でも十分に美味しいご馳走だと思えるのは、大阪人として誇らしいことだなあと思いました。</p>



<p>今はもう、鼻詰まりは解消されたので（嬉涙）、今度は、池波正太郎と同じくｍ店内で食べた後お持ち帰りもしちゃおうと思います(*&#8217;ω&#8217; *)</p>

<p>道頓堀にある創業70年超のお好み焼きの老舗<strong>「お好み焼</strong> <strong>美津の」</strong>。</p>



<p>地元の人だけでなく国内外の観光客もたくさん訪れるお店なので、いつ行っても大行列Σ(´□`;)！</p>



<p>今まではそう簡単に入れるお店ではなかったのですが、コロナの影響で少し行列が落ち着いたタイミングだったので、待ち時間10分ほどで入ることができました。</p>

<p>色んな種類がありましたが、初めてなので<strong>人気No.1の山芋焼と、No.3で好物のねぎ焼</strong>にしました。</p>

<p>この日は、カウンター席に着席できたので、お好み焼きを焼く瞬間を間近に見ることができました。</p>

<p>醤油味の生地とネギの辛味や旨味がマッチして美味しい！</p>



<p>トッピングされてるかいわれ大根もピリッと爽やかなアクセントになってて、ビールが進みます。</p>



<p>続いて登場したのが人気No.1の<strong>「山芋焼」</strong></p>

<p>生地は山芋だけで作ってるそうで、ふわとろっとした食感。</p>



<p>その後に出汁の風味やソースの香ばしさがやってきて、小麦粉でつくる大阪のメジャーなお好み焼きとはまた違った上品なお好み焼き。　メニューに登場以来、No.1っていうのも納得。</p>



<p>ねぎ焼きも山芋焼きも絶品で、「これが食の都、大阪のミシュランのお好み焼きかぁ…！！」と興奮しながら頂きました。</p>



<p>また、行列が戻る前にもう一回行きたいです。</p>
